To make your reservation effective, it is mandatory to send a copy of a legible passport valid for more than 6 months (from the date of your trip).

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Before making any trip, we recommend you to obtain your travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, repatriation or death and protects you from trip cancellation, reduction, damage or theft of luggage and personal liabilities.

PAYMENT POLICY

Once the purchase of any of our programs has been confirmed, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost of the program must be paid through any of our payment methods. The remaining balance must be paid before starting the confirmed program.

If the final payment is not made, QUECHUA PLANET TOURS reserves the right to cancel the tour without prior notice.

REFUNDS

No refund or reimbursement will be granted for the traveler’s absence from the tour or cancellation during the trip. There is no refund or reimbursement for unused portions of tour packages or stays.

In the case of cancellation of tour packages that include hotel, bus and/or train services already issued, no refund or reimbursement will be granted for these services.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

Within the execution of the program, there may be events beyond our control that may affect the development of the activity. QUECHUA PLANET TOURS reserves the right to modify the tour always thinking of the integrity and safety of our travelers.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS organizes all its services, such as accommodation and transportation on behalf of its travelers and in their names. As such, if there are accidents, damages, losses or any other type of interference by the client or for reasons over which the company has no control QUECHUA PLANET TOURS will not be held responsible.

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS undertakes to provide services according to the traveler’s request in accordance with the requirements established in Art. 28 of the regulation of the general law of Tourism No. 29408.

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS will not be responsible or assume any obligation for accidents, damages, illnesses, deaths, conflicting attitudes towards fellow travelers that may occur during the trip. The client will assume all the extra expenses caused by this situation.

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS is not responsible for any type of medical illness, pregnancy or physical impediments that may put your health at risk. We are also not responsible for any claim or refund arising due to the reasons mentioned above.

LOSS OF BELONGINGS

The traveler will be the sole responsible for the custody of his/her luggage and travel documents.

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS, may guide the passenger in the event of loss of luggage or travel documents, however, under no circumstances, will be liable for the loss, damage, deterioration or loss of such items.

DATA PROTECTION POLICIES

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS declares that it is firmly committed to the protection, security and privacy of its users. The personal information it collects about its customers is used for the purchase, sale or confirmation of reservations you request.

The personal information you register on our website is available in a secure system and is not available to the public.

QUECHUA PLANET TOURS takes the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of data in accordance with the provisions of the law 29733 of the Peruvian government, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of the same.
